Sarracenia`s, also known as the American Pitcher Plant, are one of the most effective flycatchers of all insect eating plants.
In early spring, flower buds will start to open, followed by new pitcher growth very quickly. The flower and pitcher colours are superb. American Pitcher plants can be planted outside, or in a greenhouse or windowsill. They are wet plants so require constant water in order to keep them looking healthy and attractive.
